REGULAR DELIVERY. 1-4 days $8.30 Australian Dollars.
EXPRESS DELIVERY. Next day $11.30 Australian Dollars.

Regional remote areas are subject to longer periods: please allow +1 to 5 days

NEW ZEALAND

EXPRESS AIR DELIVERY. 3-5 days $22 Australian Dollars.

Pre-Orders & Sold Out

If an item is listed for pre-order dispatch times will displayed on product pages and/or during cart.

If a product is currently sold out, restocking times may be displayed on product pages.

If you wish to order more than what is currently available or reserve incoming stock, kindly contact our customer service team via the Contact page or email originalartisangold@gmail.com and one of our experts will be able to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

For the following case we will refund you. Just get in touch with our customer service team via the Contact page:

- You have received the wrong order. We will send the correct product or issue a refund, we reserve the right to make the decision. Returns must be notified within 5 days of receiving your delivery and the product is unused and in its original condition with tags still attached. All return packages will be shipped using the labels generated from our customer service team.

- If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged product. This will help us find out where the problem was and make sure we solve it. We will review your situation and offer to replace the product, partial or total refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to make the decision on each situation. 

Kindly to give us 5 business days to resolve your transaction. 

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

We are not responsible for any stole or lost packages. If you didn't receive your package please contact us immediately we will do everything we can to assit you. We will check the tracking information and make a formal investigation with our delivery service providers. 

CUSTOMS

Customers will be responsible for any import taxes & duty fees that may apply. We are not responsible for any orders detained by customs. International customs inspects and/or ordering during peak seasons or holiday periods may extend delivery periods. You will be notified of such conditions as soon as reasonably possible by our transport provider.
